Ingredients
- 4 peach herbal tea bags
- 1 litre boiling water
- 4cm piece fresh ginger, thinly sliced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp honey
- Fresh peach slices and mint to serve
Method
- Steep tea bags and ginger in boiling water for 10 min.
- Remove bags; stir in honey and lemon juice.
- Chill until cold; serve over ice with fresh peach and mint.
