Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 30g rolled oats
  • 300ml milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop (optional) vanilla protein powder

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Drink immediately as a meal replacement or post-workout recovery shake.
