Ingredients
- 150g rolled oats
- 120g peanut butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 30g chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Roll into 14 balls using damp hands.
- Place on a tray and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
