Peanut Butter Energy Bites

A three-ingredient snack that tastes like a treat but works as fuel.

Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 150g rolled oats
  • 120g peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 30g chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Roll into 14 balls using damp hands.
  4. Place on a tray and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
  5. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
