Ingredients
- 6 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- Crumble: 150g rolled oats, 50g ground almonds, 3 tbsp coconut oil melted, 3 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp ground ginger, pinch of salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Toss pears with honey and ginger in a baking dish.
- Mix crumble ingredients; scatter over pears.
- Bake 30–35 min until golden and bubbling.
- Serve with Greek yogurt or oat cream.
