Ingredients
- 200g cooked king prawns
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- ½ red chilli, finely sliced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Handful of coriander
- Mixed salad leaves
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
Method
- Arrange salad leaves on a plate.
- Toss prawns with lime juice, fish sauce and chilli.
- Spoon prawns over the leaves.
- Scatter mango and fresh coriander on top.
- Serve immediately.
