Ingredients
- 100g rolled oats
- 60g vanilla protein powder
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2–3 tbsp almond milk
Method
- Mix oats, protein powder, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, coconut and chia seeds.
- Add enough almond milk to bring the mixture together.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm up.
- Roll into 12 balls using damp hands.
- Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
