Protein Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 100g rolled oats
  • 60g vanilla protein powder
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2–3 tbsp almond milk

Method

  1. Mix oats, protein powder, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, coconut and chia seeds.
  2. Add enough almond milk to bring the mixture together.
  3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm up.
  4. Roll into 12 balls using damp hands.
  5. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
