Pumpkin Seed & Oat Porridge

Creamy oat porridge finished with pumpkin seeds, tahini and a drizzle of honey.

Pumpkin Seed & Oat Porridge

Ingredients

  • 80g rolled oats
  • 300ml milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Method

  1. Cook oats in milk over medium heat, stirring, until thick and creamy (5–7 min).
  2. Stir in tahini, ginger and cinnamon.
  3. Serve topped with pumpkin seeds and a drizzle of honey.
