Ingredients
- 80g rolled oats
- 300ml milk of choice
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- Pinch of cinnamon
Method
- Cook oats in milk over medium heat, stirring, until thick and creamy (5–7 min).
- Stir in tahini, ginger and cinnamon.
- Serve topped with pumpkin seeds and a drizzle of honey.
