Pumpkin & Sunflower Seed Bars

Ingredients

  • 100g pumpkin seeds
  • 100g sunflower seeds
  • 50g sesame seeds
  • 50g rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method

  1. Toast seeds and oats in a dry pan 4 min; cool.
  2. Warm honey and tahini; stir in vanilla and salt.
  3. Combine with seeds and oats; mix well.
  4. Press firmly into a lined tray; refrigerate 2 hours.
  5. Cut into 12 bars. Store refrigerated up to 10 days.
