Ingredients
- 100g pumpkin seeds
- 100g sunflower seeds
- 50g sesame seeds
- 50g rolled oats
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of sea salt
Method
- Toast seeds and oats in a dry pan 4 min; cool.
- Warm honey and tahini; stir in vanilla and salt.
- Combine with seeds and oats; mix well.
- Press firmly into a lined tray; refrigerate 2 hours.
- Cut into 12 bars. Store refrigerated up to 10 days.
