Ingredients
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp coriander
- ½ tsp allspice
- ½ tsp cayenne
- ¼ tsp cloves
- ¼ tsp cardamom
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Method
- Combine all spices in a bowl.
- Mix thoroughly until completely uniform.
- Transfer to a small glass jar with a tight seal.
- Use in tagines, lamb dishes, roasted vegetables and couscous.
- Store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
