Ingredients
- 300ml plain kefir
- 150g frozen raspberries
- Zest & juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Taste — add more honey if needed.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
