Ingredients
- 4 plain rice cakes
- 1 ripe avocado
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Pinch of chilli flakes
- Sea salt and black pepper
- Optional: sliced radish or cucumber
Method
- Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Spread generously over each rice cake.
- Top with chilli flakes and optional extras.
- Eat immediately before the rice cake softens.
