Ingredients
- 4 slices seeded wholegrain bread, toasted
- 200g ricotta cheese
- 4 fresh figs, quartered (or dried)
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 30g flaked almonds, toasted
- Fresh thyme or basil to garnish
Method
- Whip ricotta with a fork until fluffy; spread generously on toast.
- Top with fig quarters and drizzle with honey.
- Scatter toasted almonds and garnish with fresh herbs.
