Roasted Edamame with Sea Salt

Ingredients

  • 300g frozen shelled edamame, thawed and dried
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Flaked sea salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Toss edamame with oil, paprika and garlic powder; spread on a baking tray.
  3. Roast 25–30 min, shaking halfway, until crispy.
  4. Season with sea salt; cool before eating. Store in an airtight container up to 3 days.
