Ingredients
- 300g frozen shelled edamame, thawed and dried
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Flaked sea salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Toss edamame with oil, paprika and garlic powder; spread on a baking tray.
- Roast 25–30 min, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- Season with sea salt; cool before eating. Store in an airtight container up to 3 days.
