Ingredients
- 8 ripe plums, halved and stoned
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp ground cardamom
- 300g Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 30g pistachios, roughly chopped
Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Place plums cut-side up on a baking tray; drizzle with honey.
- Roast 20–25 min until softened and slightly caramelised.
- Stir cardamom and vanilla into yogurt.
- Serve plums warm over cardamom yogurt; scatter pistachios.
