Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- Teriyaki sauce: 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp grated ginger
- 4 heads pak choi, halved
- 200g brown rice, cooked
- Sesame seeds to serve
Method
- Mix teriyaki ingredients.
- Pan-fry salmon skin-side up 3 min; flip and pour teriyaki sauce over.
- Cook 3–4 min, basting with sauce, until glazed and cooked through.
- Steam pak choi 3 min. Serve salmon with pak choi and rice; scatter sesame seeds.
