Salmon Teriyaki with Pak Choi

Pan-seared salmon in homemade teriyaki glaze served with steamed pak choi and brown rice.

Salmon Teriyaki with Pak Choi

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Teriyaki sauce: 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 4 heads pak choi, halved
  • 200g brown rice, cooked
  • Sesame seeds to serve

Method

  1. Mix teriyaki ingredients.
  2. Pan-fry salmon skin-side up 3 min; flip and pour teriyaki sauce over.
  3. Cook 3–4 min, basting with sauce, until glazed and cooked through.
  4. Steam pak choi 3 min. Serve salmon with pak choi and rice; scatter sesame seeds.
