Ingredients
- 1 tin sardines in olive oil
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 150g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- Fresh parsley
- Salt, chilli flakes
Method
- Roast tomatoes at 200°C for 12 min with a little oil and salt.
- Toast bread and rub with garlic.
- Top with sardines (broken up), roasted tomatoes and vinegar.
- Scatter parsley and chilli flakes.
