Ingredients
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground cardamom
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp sea salt
Method
- Mix all spices together in a bowl.
- Store in an airtight jar away from heat and light for up to 3 months.
- Use 1–2 tbsp per 500g of protein or vegetables.
Tips
Mix with olive oil and lemon juice to make a marinade paste. Excellent on chicken thighs, lamb or roasted cauliflower.
