Smoked Salmon Bagel

Ingredients

  • 1 wholegrain bagel, halved
  • 80g smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • Capers
  • Fresh dill
  • Lemon wedge

Method

  1. Toast the bagel halves until golden.
  2. Spread each half generously with cream cheese.
  3. Layer the smoked salmon on top.
  4. Finish with red onion, capers and fresh dill.
  5. Serve with a lemon wedge.
