Ingredients
- 1 wholegrain bagel, halved
- 80g smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- Capers
- Fresh dill
- Lemon wedge
Method
- Toast the bagel halves until golden.
- Spread each half generously with cream cheese.
- Layer the smoked salmon on top.
- Finish with red onion, capers and fresh dill.
- Serve with a lemon wedge.
