Ingredients
- 200g smoked trout fillets, flaked
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 50g watercress
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tsp capers
- 4 wholegrain tortilla wraps
- Salt, pepper
Method
- Mix mashed avocado, crème fraîche, lemon juice and capers; season well.
- Spread on each wrap; add watercress and flaked trout.
- Roll tightly and slice in half. Best eaten fresh.
