Ingredients
- 200g cooked red lentils
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- Salt, pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Yogurt and chutney to serve
Method
- Mash lentils roughly; mix in onion, garlic, spices, oat flour, salt and pepper.
- Shape into 8 small patties.
- Fry in olive oil over medium heat 3–4 min per side until crisp and golden.
- Serve with yogurt and mango chutney.
