Ingredients
- 1 litre cloudy apple juice (100% pressed)
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 star anise
- 4 cloves
- 2 slices fresh ginger
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1 tbsp honey
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Warm over low heat 15 min — do not boil.
- Strain into mugs; sip warm.
- Can be refrigerated and reheated — flavour deepens overnight.
