Ingredients
- 400ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 300g fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
- Blend strawberries with lemon juice until smooth.
- Mix coconut milk with honey.
- Pour strawberry purée into moulds; top with coconut milk.
- Insert sticks; freeze overnight.
- Run warm water over moulds briefly to release.
