Ingredients
- 3 tbsp ground sumac
- 2 tbsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp dried marjoram
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Store in an airtight jar up to 3 months.
- Mix 2 tbsp za'atar with 3 tbsp olive oil to make a classic dipping blend for flatbreads.
