Ingredients
- 100g frozen acai pulp (or 2 tbsp acai powder)
- 1 frozen banana
- 100ml coconut milk
- To top: sliced mango, pineapple chunks, kiwi, toasted coconut, granola
Method
- Blend acai, banana and coconut milk until thick and smooth.
- Pour into a bowl — the mixture should be very thick.
- Arrange toppings in stripes across the bowl and serve immediately.
Tips
Keep the blended base very thick — add liquid sparingly so toppings don't sink.
