Tropical Acai Bowl

Thick acai base with mango, pineapple and coconut — a vibrant, antioxidant-rich start to the day.

Tropical Acai Bowl

Ingredients

  • 100g frozen acai pulp (or 2 tbsp acai powder)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • To top: sliced mango, pineapple chunks, kiwi, toasted coconut, granola

Method

  1. Blend acai, banana and coconut milk until thick and smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl — the mixture should be very thick.
  3. Arrange toppings in stripes across the bowl and serve immediately.

Tips

Keep the blended base very thick — add liquid sparingly so toppings don't sink.
