Wholegrain club sandwich with roasted turkey, avocado, tomato and Dijon — packed with protein.

Turkey & Avocado Club Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 6 slices wholegrain bread, toasted
  • 200g sliced turkey breast (or roast chicken)
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 50g watercress or rocket
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp light mayonnaise

Method

  1. Spread mustard and mayo on toast slices.
  2. Layer turkey, avocado, tomato and watercress.
  3. Stack with a second piece of toast in the middle; press gently and cut diagonally.
