Ingredients
- 6 slices wholegrain bread, toasted
- 200g sliced turkey breast (or roast chicken)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 50g watercress or rocket
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp light mayonnaise
Method
- Spread mustard and mayo on toast slices.
- Layer turkey, avocado, tomato and watercress.
- Stack with a second piece of toast in the middle; press gently and cut diagonally.
