Ingredients
- 500g turkey mince
- 2 garlic cloves (minced), 1 egg, 30g breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp parsley, salt, pepper
- Sauce: 2 x 400g tins chopped tomatoes, 1 onion diced, 3 garlic cloves, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tbsp olive oil, pinch of sugar, salt
- 300g wholewheat spaghetti
Method
- Mix turkey with garlic, egg, breadcrumbs and parsley; form into 20 meatballs.
- Brown meatballs in oil 4–5 min; set aside.
- Soften onion and garlic for sauce; add tomatoes and oregano. Simmer 10 min.
- Add meatballs; cook 20 min. Serve over spaghetti with Parmesan.
