Ingredients
- 4 tbsp ground turmeric
- 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Method
- Combine all spices in a small bowl.
- Stir thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
- Transfer to a sterilised glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Label with the date — use within 6 months for best potency.
- Use in golden milk, curries, soups and marinades.
