Turmeric Golden Latte

A warming, anti-inflammatory drink with earthy turmeric, cinnamon and a hint of black pepper to boost absorption.

Turmeric Golden Latte

Ingredients

  • 300ml oat milk or almond milk
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan.
  2. Heat gently over medium heat, whisking constantly, until steaming (do not boil).
  3. Pour into a mug through a fine sieve if desired.
  4. Top with a pinch of cinnamon and serve warm.

Tips

The black pepper is key — it increases turmeric absorption (curcumin) by up to 2000%. Blend the mixture for a frothier latte.
