Ingredients
- 300g Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or mint
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt
- 4 wholemeal pittas, cut into triangles and baked at 180°C for 8 min until crisp
Method
- Mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, herbs, olive oil and lemon juice.
- Season generously; refrigerate 30 min for flavours to develop.
- Serve with warm pitta chips.
