Ingredients
- 1 kg seedless watermelon, flesh only
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tbsp honey
- Small bunch fresh mint
Method
- Blend watermelon with lime juice and honey until smooth.
- Pour into a wide shallow dish; freeze 1 hour.
- Scrape with a fork to break up ice crystals; freeze 1 more hour.
- Repeat scraping until granita is fluffy and icy. Serve in chilled glasses with mint.
