Ingredients
- 400g tin cannellini beans, drained
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves stripped
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt, pepper
- Crackers or veggie sticks to serve
Method
- Fry garlic and rosemary in 1 tbsp oil 1 min until fragrant.
- Blend beans with remaining oil, lemon juice, garlic and rosemary until smooth.
- Season; drizzle with more olive oil and a sprig of rosemary.
