Ingredients
- 400g full-fat Greek yogurt
- 4 passion fruits, pulp scooped
- 80g granola
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
Method
- Layer yogurt, granola and passion fruit pulp in tall glasses.
- Drizzle honey and scatter coconut flakes.
- Serve immediately so granola stays crunchy.
