A concentrated immunity shot with fresh apple, ginger, lemon and turmeric.

Apple Ginger Immunity Shot

Ingredients

  • 2 apples, juiced
  • 4cm piece fresh ginger, grated
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • Pinch of cayenne

Method

  1. Juice apples; stir in ginger, lemon juice, turmeric and cayenne.
  2. If you don't have a juicer: blend with 50ml water, then strain through muslin.
  3. Pour into shot glasses and drink immediately. Makes 4 shots.
