Ingredients
- 2 apples, juiced
- 4cm piece fresh ginger, grated
- Juice of 2 lemons
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- Pinch of cayenne
Method
- Juice apples; stir in ginger, lemon juice, turmeric and cayenne.
- If you don't have a juicer: blend with 50ml water, then strain through muslin.
- Pour into shot glasses and drink immediately. Makes 4 shots.
