Banana Protein Pancakes

Three-ingredient pancakes that are naturally sweet, gluten-free and packed with protein.

Banana Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 30g vanilla protein powder
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Coconut oil for cooking

Method

  1. Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Whisk in eggs and protein powder until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Heat a little coconut oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour small rounds of batter into the pan.
  5. Cook 2 minutes each side until golden. Serve with fresh fruit.
