Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 30g vanilla protein powder
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Coconut oil for cooking
Method
- Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- Whisk in eggs and protein powder until you have a smooth batter.
- Heat a little coconut oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour small rounds of batter into the pan.
- Cook 2 minutes each side until golden. Serve with fresh fruit.
