Berry Blast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 100g frozen blueberries
  • 100g frozen raspberries
  • 50g frozen blackberries
  • 1 banana
  • 200ml pomegranate juice
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp acai powder (optional)

Method

  1. Blend all berries with banana and pomegranate juice.
  2. Add flaxseeds and acai powder if using.
  3. Blend until completely smooth.
  4. Pour immediately and serve — the colour will impress everyone.
