Berry Protein Smoothie

Thick, creamy and bursting with antioxidant-rich berries. A post-workout shake that actually tastes like a treat.

Berry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 150g frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavoured protein powder
  • 200ml oat milk
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until thick and smooth. Add a splash more milk if too thick.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass. Top with a few fresh berries and a drizzle of almond butter.

Tips

For a lower-calorie version, skip the banana and use half an avocado for creaminess instead.
