Ingredients
- 150g frozen mixed berries
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavoured protein powder
- 200ml oat milk
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until thick and smooth. Add a splash more milk if too thick.
- Pour into a chilled glass. Top with a few fresh berries and a drizzle of almond butter.
Tips
For a lower-calorie version, skip the banana and use half an avocado for creaminess instead.
