Ingredients
- 80g rolled oats
- 200ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 100g mixed berries
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut, toasted
Method
- Combine oats, coconut milk, chia seeds, honey and vanilla in a jar.
- Stir well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top with berries and toasted coconut.
