Ingredients
- 400ml coconut water
- 100ml cold water
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp honey
- Pinch of sea salt (about ⅛ tsp)
- Ice to serve
Method
- Combine all ingredients; stir until honey and salt dissolve.
- Taste and adjust lemon or honey.
- Serve over ice — perfect after exercise or in hot weather.
