Ingredients
- 300ml oat or coconut milk
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp ground ginger (or 1 tsp fresh grated)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Warm milk in a small pan over medium heat.
- Whisk in turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, pepper, honey and vanilla.
- Heat until steaming but not boiling; froth with a milk frother.
- Pour into a mug and serve immediately.
