Golden Ginger Turmeric Latte

Warming anti-inflammatory turmeric latte with ginger, coconut milk and a pinch of black pepper.

Golden Ginger Turmeric Latte

Ingredients

  • 300ml oat or coconut milk
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground ginger (or 1 tsp fresh grated)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Warm milk in a small pan over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, pepper, honey and vanilla.
  3. Heat until steaming but not boiling; froth with a milk frother.
  4. Pour into a mug and serve immediately.
