Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful baby spinach
- ½ avocado
- 100ml coconut water
- Toppings: granola, sliced banana, kiwi, hemp seeds
Method
- Blend frozen banana, spinach, avocado and coconut water until thick and smooth.
- Add a splash more coconut water if needed — keep it thick enough to eat with a spoon.
- Pour into a bowl and arrange toppings in rows.
- Serve immediately.
