Green Smoothie Bowl

Thick, creamy and bursting with nutrients — eat it with a spoon for a satisfying start.

Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • ½ avocado
  • 100ml coconut water
  • Toppings: granola, sliced banana, kiwi, hemp seeds

Method

  1. Blend frozen banana, spinach, avocado and coconut water until thick and smooth.
  2. Add a splash more coconut water if needed — keep it thick enough to eat with a spoon.
  3. Pour into a bowl and arrange toppings in rows.
  4. Serve immediately.
