Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp cumin
- 1 mango, sliced
- 100g red cabbage, shredded
- 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander
- 4 wholegrain wraps
Method
- Rub chicken with spices, oil and salt; grill or pan-fry 5–6 min per side. Rest and slice.
- Mix cabbage, yogurt and lime juice for slaw.
- Fill wraps with chicken, mango, slaw and coriander.
