Ingredients
- 100g almonds
- 100g cashews
- 50g walnuts
- 50g Brazil nuts
- 50g dried cranberries
- 50g dried apricots, chopped
- 30g dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method
- Combine all nuts in a large bowl.
- Add dried fruit, chocolate chips and cinnamon.
- Toss everything together until well mixed.
- Store in an airtight jar for up to 3 weeks.
- A 30g portion makes the ideal snack.
