Mixed Nuts & Dried Fruit

Ingredients

  • 100g almonds
  • 100g cashews
  • 50g walnuts
  • 50g Brazil nuts
  • 50g dried cranberries
  • 50g dried apricots, chopped
  • 30g dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. Combine all nuts in a large bowl.
  2. Add dried fruit, chocolate chips and cinnamon.
  3. Toss everything together until well mixed.
  4. Store in an airtight jar for up to 3 weeks.
  5. A 30g portion makes the ideal snack.
