Ingredients
- 200g fresh pineapple, cubed
- 30g fresh ginger, peeled
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp honey
Method
- Press pineapple, ginger and lemon through a juicer.
- Alternatively, blend and strain through a fine mesh sieve.
- Stir in honey and cayenne.
- Pour into shot glasses.
- Drink immediately for maximum benefit.
