Pineapple Ginger Shot

A potent immune-boosting shot to knock back first thing every morning.

Pineapple Ginger Shot

Ingredients

  • 200g fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 30g fresh ginger, peeled
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp honey

Method

  1. Press pineapple, ginger and lemon through a juicer.
  2. Alternatively, blend and strain through a fine mesh sieve.
  3. Stir in honey and cayenne.
  4. Pour into shot glasses.
  5. Drink immediately for maximum benefit.
