Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chilli oil or flakes
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Method
- Smash cucumbers with the flat of a knife; cut into pieces. Salt and rest 15 min; drain liquid.
- Mix garlic, vinegar, soy, sesame oil and chilli into a dressing.
- Toss cucumber in dressing; scatter sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately or marinate up to 1 hour.
