Thick blended banana smoothie with tahini, topped with granola and sesame seeds.

Tahini Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 100ml oat milk
  • To serve: granola, sesame seeds, sliced banana, drizzle of extra tahini

Method

  1. Blend frozen bananas, tahini, honey and oat milk until thick and smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl (should be very thick — add minimal liquid).
  3. Top with granola, banana slices, sesame seeds and extra tahini.
