Ingredients
- 150g cooked brown rice
- 1 tin tuna in spring water, drained
- ½ avocado, sliced
- ¼ cucumber, sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Pickled ginger to serve
Method
- Warm the rice if needed and place in a bowl.
- Flake tuna over the rice.
- Arrange avocado and cucumber alongside.
- Mix soy sauce and sesame oil, drizzle over.
- Top with sesame seeds and pickled ginger.
