Tuna & Avocado Rice Bowl

Ingredients

  • 150g cooked brown rice
  • 1 tin tuna in spring water, drained
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • ¼ cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Pickled ginger to serve

Method

  1. Warm the rice if needed and place in a bowl.
  2. Flake tuna over the rice.
  3. Arrange avocado and cucumber alongside.
  4. Mix soy sauce and sesame oil, drizzle over.
  5. Top with sesame seeds and pickled ginger.
