Ingredients
- 1 wholemeal flatbread
- 3 tbsp hummus
- 100g roasted turkey slices
- ¼ cucumber, ribboned
- Handful of rocket
- Squeeze of lemon
- Chilli flakes
Method
- Spread hummus generously over the flatbread.
- Layer turkey slices on top.
- Add cucumber ribbons and rocket.
- Squeeze over lemon juice and scatter chilli flakes.
- Roll or fold and eat immediately.
