Turkey & Hummus Flatbread

Turkey & Hummus Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 wholemeal flatbread
  • 3 tbsp hummus
  • 100g roasted turkey slices
  • ¼ cucumber, ribboned
  • Handful of rocket
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Chilli flakes

Method

  1. Spread hummus generously over the flatbread.
  2. Layer turkey slices on top.
  3. Add cucumber ribbons and rocket.
  4. Squeeze over lemon juice and scatter chilli flakes.
  5. Roll or fold and eat immediately.
